Unlike similar systems, the recirculation wash allows easy removal of oily residues using caustic chemicals. This system is designed to clean 820L,1000L,1200L IBC totes with 200mm cover.

IBC tote washer has a variety of uses; it can be used to clean totes prior to shipment, to remove hazardous waste materials, and/or to prepare totes for sale.

Cleaning process

This adaptable, automatic IBC washing and reconditioning system typically consists of 6 stages: external wash, chemical wash, rinse, Suction residual water，pressure test and drying. Additional sections can be added at anytime to increase functionality or capacity.
