Overview of intelligent mobile cleaning system for explosion-proof reactor:
The system is used to clean the main reactor and agitator tank. The working mode of the system is manual operation, which requires operators to operate the whole cleaning process and assistance;
Water supply capacity: rated flow (5-8) m 3 / h, rated pressure 10-20 bar ;
High pressure water pump protection - anti rotation, anti pressure overload, anti overheating function;
Automatic start and stop: the main pump starts and stops automatically when it starts to clean water
When it is necessary to pause in the process, close the cleaning water valve, then the main pump stops working and turns into standby mode
After opening the water valve again, the main pump starts to work again;
Manual adaptation - swing angle, arm warping, portable integrated adapter;
Imported hose -- composite hose with high pressure resistance of 50bar, with quick connection design;
Description of cleaning technology of intelligent mobile reactor cleaning system:
The cleaning target is each reaction kettle and mixing tank;
Cleaning instructions:
Cleaning equipment in place - the equipment should be pushed to the side of the tank body manually. The flange should be locked, the water should be connected and the ventilation should be connected to confirm that all parts of the installation are ready
Start cleaning: after the operator starts the system, he enters the cleaning state, which is divided into three height positions and two symmetrical cleaning points along the tank center line. The cleaning time of each position can be controlled and changed manually, and the setting time needs to be changed in the page of touch screen.
End of cleaning: after cleaning, the coil retracts the water pipe in time, cuts off the water and electricity, and loosens the adapter to move to the next tank to be cleaned.
Estimated cleaning time: about 9 minutes to clean each tank, according to customer cleanliness requirements;
